# Platform Fees

Use Proxima without a subscription. See the 5% sell fee, the Pump.fun creator rewards fee, and the actions with no platform charge.

Proxima has no subscriptions, paywalls, upfront payments or hidden plans. Create launches, manage wallets, run strategies and explore the dashboard without paying for access.

Platform fees apply only to the on-chain actions described below. If you do not perform those actions, you pay no Proxima platform fees.

## Why fees exist

Fees fund servers, infrastructure, the core team and ongoing improvements, including private RPCs, real-time indexing and MEV\-protected transaction flows. They support:

-   Fast execution.
-   Stability during market volatility.
-   Free access to the interface for everyone.

This model keeps Proxima accessible without a subscription.

## Fee structure

### Sell fee: 5%

A **5% platform fee** applies when you use **Sell** in Proxima.

It is calculated on the **SOL received from the sale**, not on your total token supply.

> Pump.fun launches accumulate creator rewards over time. When you select **Claim Rewards**, Proxima deducts **5% of the amount claimed**.

### What you do not pay for

-   No subscription.
-   No monthly fee.
-   No platform fee on funding.
-   No platform fee on buybacks.
-   No platform fee on locking.
-   No charge for using wallets.
-   No premium tier or hidden version.

Only selling and claiming Pump.fun creator rewards incur Proxima platform fees. Other actions remain free of platform charges; network and third-party fees are separate.

### Transparency

Holding wallet balances, liquidity or tokens does not incur an additional platform charge. Only the two actions above incur a fee.

Review the applicable fees before submitting. **Claim Rewards** sends the request immediately, without a separate confirmation screen.
