Flap Taxes & Vaults
Configure Flap taxes and vaults
  1. Choose a vault

Vault : Stocks, Buyback or Custom. Click the active card again for no vault; expand an option below for settings.

Without a vaultA standard tax token, with optional holder dividends.

Set tax, allocation and any available recipient. An empty recipient defaults to the developer wallet.

With Dividend above zero, choose a compatible Dividend Token . Recheck it after changing Launch Currency.

Minimum share balance sets the dividend eligibility threshold: 10,000 tokens by default and minimum, including without a Stocks Vault.

On Robinhood, Block-0 has no recipient or dividend controls.

StocksBasket dividends from 1 to 8 supported assets.

Select 1 to 8 assets from the active chain’s catalog.

Minimum share balance : at least 10,000 tokens to receive basket dividends.

On BNB Smart Chain, Instant dividend can be enabled or disabled. Robinhood Stocks Vaults always use instant dividends.

All tax funds basket dividends. The factory requires 100% Marketing as its technical allocation.

BuybackBuy back and burn tokens or LP tokens.

The vault uses accumulated native assets. Choose a buyback method:

    • Token Buyback & Burn buys the launched token and burns it.
    • LP Buyback & Burn buys the token, pairs it with the native asset, and burns the resulting LP tokens.

Choose the execution condition: Time , Vault Balance , or Time + Vault Balance .

    • Start delay and minimum interval: 1 to 525,600 minutes.
    • Native amount per execution: greater than zero.
CustomAn EVM factory with its own fields and policies.

Custom Vaults use Flap’s vault system, not a Proxima product. For factory setup and vault configuration, see the Flap documentation.

Enter the EVM factory address. Its published schema and policies determine the fields.

Disabled factories cannot be used. Unverified factories show a risk warning.

If no schema is published, the form falls back to advanced ABI-encoded vaultData beginning with 0x.

Choose a Launch Currency accepted by this vault.

  2. Set the tax and allocation

    Buy Tax
    0–10%
    Sell Tax
    0–10%
    Tax allocation
    100%

Buy Tax and Sell Tax each accept 0% to 10%. They cannot both be 0%.

Tax allocation must total exactly 100% across Marketing, Deflation, Dividend, and Liquidity.

  3. Recheck the launch mode

On Robinhood, a custom quote or custom tax replaces Block-0 with Quick . Organic and Manual remain available.

    What counts as custom tax?

An allocation other than 100% Marketing, or an explicit Marketing recipient address.

Changing only the Buy Tax or Sell Tax rate does not trigger this restriction.
